This office in Pimpri has been our base for quite some time. We handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with hiring and managing staff for different local businesses. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. People come in looking for work or asking about their contracts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or reading through stacks of resumes. Pimpri is a busy area, so there's always someone walking in with a question. The air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just a few chairs for people to wait. We try to help out where we can, matching people with jobs that might fit them. It's a lot of coordination. Sometimes the schedules get messy, and we have to stay late to sort everything out. We keep a pot of coffee in the corner, though it's usually empty by lunch. Working in HR means you see a lot of different personalities every day. Some people are stressed, some are excited. We just try to stay organized and get the documents signed. There's nothing fancy about how we run things. We just use our pens and our computers and try to keep the records straight for everyone involved.
