Akshoday Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at Plot Number 30 in Kadolkar Colony. This is in Talegaon Dabhade, which is a nice, cooler spot between Pune and Mumbai. Even though the name has "Agritech" in it, we are still just farmers at heart. Our office is in a quiet residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical business place. We have a small room with a table where we keep our documents and a laptop that we are still learning how to use properly for all the government filings. The colony is peaceful, and we usually have our meetings over some hot tea. We talk about new ways to grow things, maybe using a bit more technology than our parents did, but it’s still hard work at the end of the day. There are about ten of us who come by regularly. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. We are trying to bridge the gap between our traditional farms and the big markets in the cities nearby. It’s a lot of trial and error, and we make plenty of mistakes along the way. We just want to get a fair price for what we grow and keep the land healthy for the next year.
