Ak Placements Pvt.Ltd is located in Pune, specifically at F-303 in Ishan Srushti, Warje. It is a residential area mostly, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate building. We are up on the third floor. If the lift is busy, most of us just take the stairs to get the blood moving. The space is filled with desks and a few filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. Warje has grown a lot lately, so there is always some construction or new shop opening nearby. We hear the traffic from the main road sometimes, but inside the society, it is generally quiet. We spend most of the day talking to people or looking at screens. It is not the kind of place with a big sign or a fancy lobby. You just walk into the society and come up to the flat. There is a small kitchen area where we grab water or eat our lunch. Usually, the windows are open to let the breeze in because Pune weather can be nice in the mornings. We have a few plants on the windowsill, though they sometimes look like they need more water. It is a straightforward place to work. We don't have meetings about meetings. We just get the jobs listed and talk to the people who are looking for work. It’s a busy day usually, but we keep it pretty relaxed in the office.
