Ajinkya Crane Service

Out here in Nighoje, the days start pretty early for us at Ajinkya Crane Service. We are located right in the MIDC area, which is always full of dust and the sound of heavy machinery. Our yard isn't anything special to look at, just a patch of ground where we keep the cranes parked when they aren't out on a job site. Working with big machines like this means your hands are almost always covered in grease or oil. We spend a lot of time checking the cables and making sure the hydraulics are behaving themselves. The weather can be a real pain, especially when the monsoon hits and the ground out here turns into a mess of thick mud. It makes moving the heavy gear a lot harder than it needs to be. We have a small cabin where we handle the paperwork and take our lunch breaks. It’s mostly just us talking about which site needs a lift or which crane needs a filter change next. We don’t go in for big speeches or trying to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just a local crew that knows how to operate these machines. If a job comes in, we check the schedule and see if we can get a driver out there. It’s straightforward work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and sometimes even Sundays if the work is piling up. We just try to keep the equipment running.
