Ajaay Airtech Associates

We are located at A-503 in the Gawade Motion building in Chinchwad. It is tucked right behind the Gawade Petrol Pump and near the Golande Estate. Finding us can be a little tricky the first time because you have to go around the back of the pump. Ajaay Airtech Associates is a small group of us who have been in the air and tech business for a while. Our office is on the fifth floor. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our desks and some testing equipment. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and technical sheets. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always people coming and going. Sometimes the elevator is out of service, and then we get a good workout on the stairs. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly just have charts and calendars on the walls to keep track of our schedules. It’s a very practical work environment. We don't have any sales staff in suits. Usually, you’ll just find us in our regular clothes, working on the next job. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We just focus on what needs to be done that day. It's a straightforward way to run a business. We like being in Chinchwad because it’s close to our suppliers and the tea stall downstairs is actually quite decent.
