The shop is located in Raisoni Industrial Park, specifically at S.No.284/1,2 and 283/2 in the Village Maan area of Mulshi. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but the space is good for the kind of industrial automation work we do at Aisa. When we first moved in, the park was much quieter than it is now. These days, there are trucks moving in and out all the time. Our daily routine is mostly about looking at blueprints and trying to get sensors and motors to talk to each other correctly. It’s not always easy and sometimes a piece of code just won't work the way we want it to on the first try. We spend a lot of time sitting on stools around a control panel or crawling under a conveyor belt to check a connection. The heat in the afternoon can get pretty bad, so we usually keep the big shutters open to get a bit of a breeze. We have a small table in the corner where we drink tea and talk about what needs to get finished by the end of the week. It’s a straightforward setup. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, we just want to make sure the machines we build actually help the people who buy them. It is honest work and it keeps us very busy most of the year.
