Airtel

This little Airtel spot is tucked away in Pimpri, right near Singh Auto Garage. It’s actually inside the Naidu place in Sant Tukaram Nagar. Pune 18 is a busy area, lots of shops and garages around us. We spend our days helping folks with their phones and connections. It gets quite noisy with the cars getting fixed next door, but we are used to it by now. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside. We just sit here and handle whatever people need. Sometimes it’s a new SIM or a recharge issue. We try to keep it straightforward. No point in making things complicated for anyone. Being near the garage means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. We’ve been at this location for a while. It’s easy to find once you know where Singh Auto is. We open up early and stay until the evening. Most of the people who come in are from the neighborhood. It’s nice seeing familiar faces. We don't have a big corporate office feel here. It's just a desk and some chairs and us working. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors while having tea. It's just a regular part of life in Pimpri. We focus on getting the work done and making sure everyone leaves with their phone working like it should. It’s nothing fancy but we get it done.
