Aims Executive Search&Recruitments is located at A4-307 Mahadkar Residency. This is in the Right Bhusari Colony, just off Paud Road in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend our time doing executive search and recruitment work. Basically, we help companies find the right people for their top jobs. It’s a lot of talking to people, checking backgrounds, and looking through lists of candidates. Our office at Mahadkar Residency is a functional place where we can focus on our work. It’s not fancy or corporate-looking. We have our desks, our phones, and a lot of files. Paud Road is usually buzzing with activity, so there is always a bit of noise from the street, but we don't mind it. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy flyers. We just rely on the work we do. People come to us when they need to hire someone important, and we just do the research. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't use any of those buzzwords like "talent acquisition" or "strategic sourcing" much. We just call it hiring. We try to be honest with both the companies and the people looking for work. It’s just a small office doing its part in the Kothrud area. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks.
