We are tucked away inside Mahesh Market over in the Bibwewadi area. If you know where the 648 block is, we are right there at H 21. Sometimes the market gets so loud with people shouting that we have to shut the windows tight, even when it is really hot inside. We have a small crew here, mostly people who live within walking distance in Bibwewadi. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a small metal plate on the door. People often get lost trying to find the right unit in Mahesh Market because the numbering system is a bit confusing for newcomers. We usually tell people to look for the big grocery store nearby as a landmark. We drink a lot of chai throughout the afternoon to keep our energy up. The work involves a lot of numbers and talking to strangers, which can be pretty tiring by five o'clock. But we have been here for a long time and we like the general rhythm of the market. It is a practical, honest space for us.
