Out here in Sanaswadi at 1231, we run Ahmednagar Polymers Pvt Ltd. It’s a typical industrial setup. The air is often filled with the smell of materials and the hum of machinery that never really seems to stop. Sanaswadi is a bit far out, so it’s a lot of commuting for most of us every morning. The facility itself is big enough to hold all the equipment and the stock we produce. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking things and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s dusty work and can get quite hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months. We have a small cabin for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out in the main area. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We eat our lunches together in a small break area, usually just talking about the day or what’s happening at home. There’s always a truck coming or going, loading up something to be sent off. We’ve got a lot of raw material stacked up near the entrance, which we have to move around constantly to make space. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the clock. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves its purpose for our polymer work.
