Agrodelight Foods Private Limited

Our company is called Agrodelight Foods Private Limited and you can find us at Pandeshwar. We are based out of Uttam Savalaram Shinde’s place in the village. Pandeshwar is in Purandhar Taluka, which is a place known for its land and what it grows. We focus on food, but we aren't some giant factory with miles of conveyor belts. It's more of a local operation where we keep track of what’s coming in from the fields. The setup is pretty basic because we spend more time worrying about the quality of the food than how the office looks. Working from a local residence like Shinde’s place means we are right in the middle of things. You hear the tractors and the sounds of the village all day long. It's not quiet like a city office, but it feels right for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who stop by the post. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit tricky, but that's just how life is here. We handle the business side of things so the food gets where it needs to go. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting around a table, making sure the numbers add up and the food stays fresh. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we just keep at it because it’s what we know.
