Agrocia Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Niphad, specifically near the Grampanchayayt area in Lons. We use a space care of Sumanbai Nivrutti Shinde. Nashik is famous for its grapes and onions, and we are right in the middle of all that action. It's a busy place. We aren't some big corporation from the city. We are just local farmers who decided that working together was better than working alone. It gets pretty loud and crowded at the office sometimes when everyone comes in to discuss the latest market prices. Sumanbai’s place serves as our main hub. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning. It’s mostly just chairs and tables and a lot of talk about the crops. Niphad is a hardworking town. We spend most of our time out in the fields, not sitting behind desks. The company was started to help us get a better handle on the buying and selling part of farming. It’s a bit of a learning curve for all of us. We deal with the daily struggles of pests, water, and finding reliable workers. Our English isn't perfect, and our records might have a few coffee stains, but we know our soil. We just want to make sure the work we do in the Nashik sun pays off at the end of the day. It’s a simple life, focused on the community around us. We keep pushing forward every day.
