Agrived Agrotech Private Limited

Our office is located in Warje, Pune, over at Shubhashree Tower on Tapodham Road. We're in Flat No. 14. It’s a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace to most of us. We focus on the technology side of farming. There’s a lot of traffic on Tapodham Road, but once you’re inside, it’s fairly quiet. We have a small team of people who are into tech and plants. We spend our days looking at data and trying to figure out how to help farmers use fewer chemicals or get better yields at the end of the season. It’s a lot of computer work mixed with occasional visits to the outskirts of Pune to see things in person. We aren't a big corporation. We’re just a few people trying to make sense of the agrotech world. We started Agrived because we saw a lot of waste happening in traditional farming. It’s been a steep learning curve for us over the last couple of years. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you knock on the door, one of us will just come and let you in. We keep it simple. Sometimes we work late into the evening when we’re onto something interesting. It’s not always glamorous, and there’s a lot of paperwork to deal with. But we like being in Warje. It’s a good spot with everything we need close by. We just take it day by day and try to stay useful to the farmers.
