We are located at Plot Number 27 in Ambika Nagar, Umberkhed, which is in the Chalisgaon area. The office is at Nababai Bhimsingh Patil’s place. It’s a straightforward setup. We have Hitech in our name, but don't let that fool you into thinking we are some futuristic lab. It just means we are trying to use better tools and newer methods to get our work done. Most of us grew up farming with old tools, and we're just trying to modernize a little bit so we don't get left behind. We spend a lot of time talking to each other about what works and what doesn't. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maybe a few gear parts waiting to be fixed. It’s a working space, not a showroom. We don't have fancy titles or big egos here. If a truck is stuck or a machine breaks, we all jump in to help. We are trying to make sure the farmers in Chalisgaon get the respect and the income they deserve for all that sweat. It’s a slow process, and we make mistakes along the way, but we’re making progress. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay honest with each other about how things are going. That's really all there is to it. We keep our doors open for anyone from the local area who wants to chat about the harvest.
