Agridus Farmer Producer Company Limited is based over in Gadegaon. Our office is at House Number 07 in Ward Number 02, right in the Adarsh Nagar area. It’s a quiet spot, really. We are just a group of local people who decided to pool our resources. Most of us are farmers from the surrounding taluka. We realized that working alone was getting harder every year, so we formed this company. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the paperwork and the produce. Some days are slow, and other days everyone is rushing around trying to get things loaded. We talk a lot about the crops and what the rain is going to do. The weather is always a big topic of conversation here. We try to help the smaller farmers in our area get their stuff to where it needs to go. Gadegaon is a good place, and the people here are hardworking. You won’t find any fancy decorations at our place. It’s just a functional space where we get the job done. Sometimes we make mistakes, maybe a typo on a form here or there, but we always try to make it right. It’s about the community here in Adarsh Nagar. We just want to keep our farms going and provide for our families. That’s pretty much the whole story of who we are.
