Agricart Farmers Producer Company Limited is the name we use for our official work. Even though the pin code says 416520 and mentions Kolhapur, we are very much a part of the local Sindhudurg community. Living and working here means dealing with the coastal climate and the specific way things grow in this soil. We are not a corporate office with lots of departments. Most days, we are out in the fields or meeting near House No. 131 to discuss what needs to be done. The name Agricart was chosen because it felt right for what we do, which is moving our produce from the farms to where it needs to go. We don't use a lot of fancy English or business talk. We speak the way people here speak. It is about the reality of farming and the challenges that come with it every single year.
