Our place is in Pune, specifically over in the Balewadi Baner area at Supriya Sankul, B 14. If you know the area, you know it’s grown a lot lately with new buildings popping up everywhere. We’ve stayed in this spot because it suits us. It’s a functional office. We handle the India operations for Agilent Tech from here. It’s a lot of coordination and technical tasks. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes eat lunch together. It’s not a big corporate canteen, just a simple table and a few chairs. The team is pretty close-knit. We don’t have long meetings about synergy or anything. We just talk about what needs to get done and then we do it. Sometimes the internet acts up, or it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we manage. It’s a real office with real problems and real people. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek website or fancy words. We are just here to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. The building is decent and the neighbors are quiet enough for us to focus. It works out well for us being in Pune 35. We've got a few plants on the windowsills that we try to keep alive. It adds a bit of color to the place among all the computers.
