Aero Fitness Academy

You can find Aero Fitness Academy over on Old Mundhawa Road in Vadgaon Sheri. We are sitting at Survey No 49, not far from the old Bollywood Theatre. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always a lot of movement around here. We aren't a typical gym where you just lift weights and leave. Instead, we focus on teaching people about fitness and how to make it a career. The space we have is functional. It’s got what you need to learn, and that’s about it. We get people coming from all over this side of Pune, from Viman Nagar and beyond. The academy is run by folks who just really like staying active and want to show others how to do it properly. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from the main road, but once you’re inside, everyone is focused on their routines. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or corporate attitude here. Most of the staff are just local people who have been into sports or fitness their whole lives. We see a lot of faces every day, some looking to get in shape and others wanting to become trainers themselves. It’s a good mix. We’ve been in Vadgaon Sheri for a bit now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a good energy. We just open up, do the training sessions, and help people out however we can.
