Sunil C Patil here. My office is in Ghorpade Peth, specifically at house number 581 on the 7th Main, 2nd Cross. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the local streets, but once you find the cross, we’re easy enough to spot. I’ve spent a lot of my time in this neighborhood. Most of the work involves sitting down with neighbors or folks from the city who need help with their legal documents or court cases. It’s a small space, mostly just bookshelves and my old wooden desk, but it gets the job done. I don't really bother with much advertising or marketing because most people just hear about me through word of mouth. My assistant helps keep the appointments somewhat straight, though we still end up running late some days because cases always take longer than you'd think. That’s just how it goes with the legal system here. I try to explain things in a way that doesn't sound like a textbook or a lawyer on TV. Laws are confusing enough as it is. Usually, I’m here from early morning until late evening, unless I have to be at the court for a hearing. It's a quiet office for the most part, except for the sounds of the scooters outside. We deal with whatever comes through the door, whether it’s a family matter or some contract. It keeps things interesting for sure.
