We sit down, have a look, and try to explain what the options are. It’s a lot of reading and writing, to be honest. Some days I’m out at the court for hours, so the office might be a bit quiet then. My staff knows the routine and helps keep things moving while I’m away. We’ve seen a lot of different cases over the years. Some are easy to fix, others take a lot of patience.
