Our office, Adroit Infotech Pvt Ltd Pune, is located at 6/20 Daulat Housing Society. It is right off Karve Road in the Kothrud area. Karve Road is always buzzing with students and traffic, but our society is a bit more tucked away. The office is basically a residential flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a very lived-in feel to it. You won't find any sleek glass partitions or corporate art here. Instead, there are bookshelves, old desks, and a lot of power strips. We do software development and general tech work. It is a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. Being in Kothrud is great because everything we need is just a short walk away. We have been in this location for a good while and have become part of the background of the society. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just care about getting the code right and finishing our projects on time. It is a simple, honest way to run a tech company. No big speeches or promotional talk, just a bunch of people in a flat in Pune doing what they know how to do.
