Administrator

We are located in Chavan Colony over in the Pune - 15 area. It is a fairly established neighborhood, so things are a bit more relaxed than in the newer IT parks. The office of the Administrator is just a simple place where we manage the daily tasks. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Just a plain building among many others in the colony. Inside, we have our desks set up with the usual stuff like pens, ledgers, and a few old computers that have seen better days. Pune weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we are always adjusting the windows to keep the breeze coming in without letting the dust settle on everything. We have a small routine here. We come in early, sort through the mail, and handle whatever requests come across the desk. There is not a lot of drama or excitement. Most of our day is spent making sure things are filed correctly and that people get the answers they need. We usually take a longish break in the afternoon when it gets quiet. You can find us easily if you just ask around Chavan Colony; most of the local residents know where we are. It is a very grounded way of working. We do not use any big titles or have complicated meetings. We just sit down, do the work that needs doing, and that is about it for us.
