We are based in Pune, over in the Warje Malwadi area. Our office is actually Flat No. 53 in the Varada Co-Op Housing Society. It’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a home office environment. Admin Kosi Plast deals with plastic products, and we’ve been running things from this flat for a while. It’s a bit different from having a big factory office, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time coordinating orders and talking to suppliers. The housing society is a nice place, and it’s usually pretty calm, which is good when you’re trying to focus on numbers and logistics. Sometimes we have to deal with a lot of samples and paperwork spread out all over the place. We don’t have any big corporate signs outside, just the door number. Most of our clients just give us a call or we go out to meet them. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. Pune is a great city for what we do, and Warje Malwadi is a convenient spot to be in. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know the local market pretty well. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not; we just provide plastic solutions and keep our operations simple and honest. We just do the best we can every day.
