Aditech

Aditech is based right here in Pune. We’ve been around the city for quite some time now, watching it grow and change. It’s a busy place to run a business, but we like the pace and the people we meet. Our team is pretty small, just a few local folks who really know their way around this industry. We don't have a massive office with a view of the skyline or a fancy coffee machine. It’s just a functional space where we keep our tools and handle the daily tasks that come our way. We don’t really go in for big advertisements, social media campaigns, or fancy presentations. Mostly, we just talk to people directly and do whatever work needs to be done. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a lot of things seem to break or happen all at once. We’ve learned over the years to just keep our heads down and work through the pile. Living in Pune, you get used to the noise and the constant movement outside. We try to keep our own operations a bit more grounded and calm. It’s mostly about showing up on time and making sure we don't make any silly mistakes. We’ve had a lot of different people come through our doors over the years, but the core of what we do stays exactly the same. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what our customers ask for. It’s a simple way to run things.
