Our place is located at G No 1029 in the Gunjalwadiwaykarmala area, which is part of Junnar taluka. Adijay Agro Farm Producer Company Limited is where we spend most of our time. Junnar is a place with a lot of history and a lot of farming, and we are right in the middle of it. We are a farmer producer company, which really just means we are a bunch of local growers trying to do things a bit more professionally. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, away from the big city noise. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of running a farm business. Sometimes the rains are good, sometimes they aren’t, but we keep going regardless. We know the land around Gunjalwadi pretty well. Most of the people working here grew up in this region. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that we can support our families. You won't find any corporate slogans on our walls. It is just a workspace with some desks and a lot of talk about agriculture.
