Adecco Pune

Adecco Pune is tucked away in Building Number 2, Flat 2, right behind FC Road. If you know Pune, you know FC Road is always packed and busy. Being just behind it means it’s a little quieter but still right in the middle of everything. We’ve been here at this 411004 address for some time now. Our office is small, just a flat really, but it works for what we need to do. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking through resumes. Hiring and staffing is what we do all day. It gets pretty noisy in the office when everyone is talking at once, but that's just part of the job. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance. You just come to the flat and we’re there. It’s a very local feel, not like those big skyscrapers you see in some parts of the city. We deal with all sorts of people looking for work and companies needing help. Sometimes it's stressful when deadlines are tight, but we get through it. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping people find their way into jobs. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a simple life here in Pune. We just try to keep our files in order and make sure we don't miss any calls from the folks we're working with. It is just us doing our bit daily.
