Adecco India

Adecco India is our branch located in Pune at Kamal Niwas in Gulmohor Colony. It is on Survey No. 73 in the Pimple Gurav area. We are based in a house rather than a big office building which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We help people find jobs and we talk to a lot of candidates every single day. They come in looking for a new start and we sit down with them in our small office area. We have some files and some computers but nothing too fancy. The colony is a nice place to work because it is full of trees and regular homes. We are not some big faceless corporation. We are just a small group of people trying to match workers with the right companies in Maharashtra. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of interviews scheduled at once. We just pull up an extra chair and keep going. We know the local shops around Pimple Gurav and often get our lunch from the small places nearby. It is a good way to stay connected to the area. We have been at Kamal Niwas for a while and people know where to find us. We do not use a lot of recruitment jargon. We just talk to people like they are people. It is a busy job but it feels good when someone gets hired.
