Adecco India Ltd

Adecco India Ltd is located in Padmavati, Pune, specifically in the Sangamnagar Society at a place called Prayatnasheel-A. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which is nice because it’s not as loud as some other areas. The office is inside a residential society, so you see neighbors going about their day while we are working. We have a few rooms set up with basic furniture and computers. It’s a simple setup without any of those modern glass walls or expensive art. There is a small porch area where we can see the trees in the society garden. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too long, which is a big plus in a city like Pune. We spend most of the day answering calls and typing away at our desks. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our meetings, but we just laugh it off and keep going. We don’t have a canteen, so we usually bring our own lunch boxes and eat together in the small kitchen area. It feels more like a house than a corporate headquarters, which actually makes it a bit more comfortable for everyone. We have been at this Pune-37 address for some time now and everyone in the society knows us. We just focus on getting through the paperwork and making sure everything is in order before we head home for the evening. It’s just a regular place with regular people doing their daily jobs without any fuss.
