Adecco India Limited

Adecco India Limited has an office in Pune at Sanjay Park in the Lohegaon area. We are in Karim Apartments, specifically Flat No. 06. The building is on Survey No. 236/B. It’s a residential-style apartment that we use for our recruitment work. Since it’s a flat, it has a kitchen and a small balcony which is nice for breaks. We have desks set up in the main rooms for all the paperwork and computers. Recruitment is basically just talking to people and checking their details all day long. It gets quite busy with people coming in for interviews or just calling to ask about jobs. Lohegaon is a bit far out for some, but it’s a growing part of the city. We have a lot of files and folders everywhere because there is always so much to track. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we don't really follow a strict corporate dress code unless there is a big meeting. We just try to stay on top of the hiring needs. The neighbors in Karim Apartments are used to us being there. We sometimes get our lunch from the small eateries around Sanjay Park. It’s a practical setup and we don't have any big signs outside. We just use the space we have to get the hiring done for the people who need it. It’s just a regular office day for us, nothing more, nothing less.
