Adecco Flexione

Our office is over in Koregaon Park, which is one of the more active parts of Pune to work in. It’s Adecco Flexione, and we spend most of our hours here dealing with recruitment and staffing tasks. It can get pretty hectic when there are a lot of positions to fill at once. We aren't tucked away in some giant skyscraper; we're just part of the neighborhood here. Most of us have been working in this field for a bit, so we know how the local job market shifts around. The office isn't always perfectly quiet because someone is always on a call with a candidate or a client. We try to stay organized, but with so many resumes and emails coming in, it’s a constant job just to keep the desks clear. Lunch usually means going to one of the nearby spots or just eating at the desk if things are tight. We handle the paperwork, the payroll stuff, and all those back-end things that companies need help with. It’s practical work. We don't have a fancy manifesto. We just show up, talk to people, and try to get the right names in the right boxes. Koregaon Park has a lot of energy, which is good for us because the days can get long. We've got a small team, and we all just pitch in where it's needed most. It’s a regular job for us.
