We are located in Pune, specifically in the Kothrud area at Sundar Nagri. Our office is actually Flat No 8 in Building No 2. It might seem a bit unusual to have a workforce office in a residential building, but it works well for us. Kothrud is a busy suburb, and being tucked away in Sundar Nagri gives us a bit of peace while we work. We handle a lot of staffing and workforce related tasks, which means our phones are almost always busy. People come in to drop off their resumes or talk about job openings. The space is set up like a regular office now, even though it started as a flat. We have a small team that manages everything from payroll to finding the right people for various roles. Pune has grown so much lately, but Kothrud still feels like its own little town. We usually walk to the local cafes when we need a break. The building is older, so it has that classic Pune feel to it. There’s no big reception desk or shiny logos on the walls. It’s just a place where we get things done. Most of our day is spent talking to people and trying to match them with the right kind of work. It’s busy, often a bit messy with all the paperwork, but we like the pace. Being in a flat makes the environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building.
