We are over at Puja Apartment, Flat No. 7. It’s right opposite the Atreya Co-Op Society in Gujrath Colony, Kothrud. Pune 411038 is our home base. Being in a flat means our office feels a bit more personal than those big commercial complexes. It’s a residential area, so it’s relatively quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to focus. We have turned the different rooms into workspace, but you can still tell it was meant to be a home. There are plants on the balcony and we can see the neighbors going about their day. We aren't a corporate giant with a glossy lobby. We’re just a group of people doing our thing. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away at our computers. Kothrud is a great neighborhood, and we like that we can walk to get lunch or coffee from the local shops nearby. We don't have a big mission statement or any fancy goals written on the walls. We just take the work as it comes and try to stay on top of our messages. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a delivery or someone from the society, and that’s just how it is here. We try to keep our files in order, but it’s a lived-in space with its own character. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to get the job done and help the people who come to see us in Flat No. 7 every day.
