Active Selection

Active Selection is based over in Kharadi, specifically at 601 on the 6th floor of the Morning Glory building. If you are familiar with Gulmohar City, you probably know where we are. It is a decent enough building and the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. We spend our time here working on recruitment and finding people for different roles. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but that does not happen too often. The office is usually a bit noisy with phones ringing and people talking. We have a small team and everyone just gets on with what they have to do. Kharadi has changed a lot lately, it is much busier than it used to be. Sometimes it is hard to find a good parking spot nearby during the rush. We started Active Selection because there was a need for it, and we have just stayed here since. The office itself is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and computers. We do not go in for any of that modern office decor. It is just a place to work. We grab tea from the local stall downstairs most mornings. It is a routine that works for us. We are just a group of people trying to help other people find their next job. It is practical work and we like being in this part of Pune.
