Achal Leela Properties

Achal Leela Properties is based out in Bhor, near Pune. Specifically, we are at Salavade in the Kelavade Post area. It’s a rural part of the district, and the air is definitely cleaner out here than in the city center. We work out of a small office that fits the landscape. Dealing with properties in a place like Taluka Bhor means we spend a lot of time traveling between villages and looking at land. We aren't the kind of real estate office you see in the mall with bright lights and posters. Our office has a calendar on the wall and a few plastic chairs for visitors. We know the local farmers and the people who have lived here for generations. That is how we get our information. It is a slow process, and we don't try to rush it. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade when it’s too hot in the office. We don't have a professional photographer for our listings. We just take photos ourselves with our phones.
