Our office is tucked away in Parmar Park Phase II, specifically in Cyprus Court at Wanorie. Ach Managment Consultant Pvt Ltd is where we spend our time talking to people about how to run their businesses better. It’s not like we have all the answers, but we’ve seen enough to help point people in a decent direction. Pune is a busy place, and Wanorie is a nice spot for us to work from. We do a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking through problems that owners are having with their staff or their plans. Sometimes the days are long when a project is coming to a close. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just come in and find us at our desks. We’ve been helping out companies for a while, mostly small to medium ones that need an extra set of eyes on their management stuff. It’s practical work. We look at what’s happening, see where the hitches are, and try to suggest some changes. It involves a lot of listening, really. People come here when they feel stuck. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy theories, just common sense and what we’ve learned from doing this for years. It’s just us in the office, keeping things moving and helping out where we can. We try to keep things grounded and realistic for every business owner we meet.
