Ach Management Pvt. Ltd. is actually set up in a residential society in Pune. We are located at Mr. Satish Bangale’s place, which is Flat No. 1 in the Priyadarshan Society. Bibewadi is a pretty quiet part of town, mostly just families and people living their lives. It doesn’t feel like a big corporate area at all. You walk into the society and it is just a normal apartment block. Being on the first flat makes it easy for people to find us without wandering through the whole complex. The office is basically just a room in the flat where we keep our stuff and handle the management work. It is a bit informal, maybe, but it works for what we do. There are usually trees outside and you can hear the neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or someone moving their car. We don’t have a big staff or a receptionist at a marble desk. It is just us in the room getting the paperwork sorted. Sometimes Mr. Bangale is around and sometimes he isn’t. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It is a very local way of doing business, being right there in the middle of a residential area. It keeps things grounded and simple, which is how we like to keep our work life too.
