Ach Management Consultants is located at number 228 in the Bhagirathi Apartments. This is inside the Ram Housing Society in Phulenagar, Pune. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice enough spot once you find it. We are a private limited company, but the office feels more like a local setup. We spend our days doing management consultancy. That involves a lot of meetings and looking at data for our clients. Phulenagar is a busy part of Pune, but the housing society stays relatively calm. We’ve been in this apartment for a good amount of time. It’s got enough room for our small team to work comfortably without tripping over each other. We don't have a big corporate lobby or an elevator. Instead, you just come up to the flat and we get straight to business. Most of our clients are local businesses around Pune that need a bit of help with their management structures. We like the local feel of being in a housing society rather than a cold office block. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed, even when we are buried in work. We just try to provide solid advice and keep our heads down. We drink a lot of coffee and stay focused on whatever project is on the desk that week. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way.
