Ace Hr Solutions

We are Ace Hr Solutions and our office is in the Nirmitee Shree Society, right across from the Ganesh Temple on Aundh Road in Pune. We are in building B, room 201. It’s a nice enough area and having the temple nearby makes it easy to give people directions. We spend our days looking through piles of applications and talking to companies that need staff. Pune - 20 is a busy pin code and there is always something happening on Aundh Road. Our office is pretty simple. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait and a couple of desks that are usually buried under folders. We don't have any of those fancy slogans or big mission statements on the walls. We just try to match people with the right kind of work. It involves a lot of talking on the phone and sitting in front of a computer screen. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud and we have to close the windows. We get a mix of young graduates and older people looking for a change. It's interesting to hear their stories. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this society. We do our best to stay organized, but with so many people coming in, it gets a bit hectic. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay productive. It’s a quiet life in building B, for the most part.
