You can find us at Flat No 9 inside Brahma Memory Fields. We are located at 79 Lulla Nagar, which is a fairly nice and quiet part of Pune. We’ve been here for a good while now, working on various HR solutions. It’s really all about the people. We spend our time helping companies deal with their staff or helping them find someone new to hire. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it definitely keeps us busy from morning until night. Our office feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have desks tucked into every corner and there is usually paper everywhere you look. Pune has so much talent, and we try our hardest to connect those people to the right offices. We don't use any of those slogans you see on big billboards. We just talk to folks. Some days are tough when we have to tell someone they didn't get the position. Other days are great when we get to share some good news. We usually stay until the work is finished, even if it gets a bit late. The traffic in Pune is pretty bad these days, so we like being in a spot like Lulla Nagar. It’s a bit calmer here. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just help a few people find their next step in life. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
