Our office at Absolute Hr Solutions is located in Windsor Estates, inside the Alpha-2 building. We are in Flat No. 06, which is on Survey No. 17/II B in Pune. It’s a bit of a different setup than most businesses because we work out of a flat. This gives the office a much more personal and quiet feel compared to the big commercial complexes. We spend our days handling various HR tasks, which mostly involves a lot of screening and coordinating over the phone. Pune is a large city, and being in Windsor Estates gives us a bit of a breather from the main road noise. The office isn’t filled with corporate art or fancy furniture; it’s just a workspace with desks, chairs, and our computers. We try to keep things organized, but there are always folders and notes scattered around. It’s a very honest way of working. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. A few of us work here together, and we’ve gotten into a good routine over the years. Finding the Alpha-2 building is pretty simple once you enter the estate. We’ve found that being in this residential-style office makes it easier for people to talk to us without feeling intimidated. It’s just a normal place where we do our daily jobs as best as we can.
