Abn Personnel Network

We are Abn Personnel Network and we work out of the New Sanghvi area in Pune. It is a decent neighborhood and we have been here long enough to know the local rhythms and the people. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle recruitment for different types of businesses. We spend a lot of our time looking for people who need work and then seeing where they might fit in. It is mostly about talking to people and listening to what they can actually do rather than just looking at a paper. We don't use any fancy software for this; it is mostly just spreadsheets and our own notes from interviews. Pune is a big city with lots of companies but we focus on the stuff we know. Some days are quite busy with interviews happening one after another and other days we are just catching up on emails and making calls. It can be a bit of a juggle to keep everyone happy but we do what we can. The office is not very big so things stay pretty personal here. We like being in New Sanghvi because it is easy for people to reach us by bus or bike. There is no big marketing team or anything here. It is just a few of us trying to bridge the gap between employers and workers without making it too complicated for anyone involved.
