Abhijeet Patankar

I run my operations from Bibwewadi on the 100 Feet Road. My place is in the 4th Block, specifically in unit 103. It is a pretty straightforward location to find if you know the area. The road outside is always busy, which is just part of living and working in this part of town. I have set up my space to be functional above everything else. It is not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. Most days, I am just here working through my list of things to do. The 4th Block has a mix of different people and businesses, so there is a nice variety of things happening nearby. I’ve been at this spot for a while now and it suits me just fine. I don't see the need for a big corporate office when this space in Bibwewadi works perfectly well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the traffic on the 100 Feet Road, but you get used to that after a week or two. It is just a regular working day for me, starting early and finishing whenever the work is done. I handle things myself and prefer to keep the communication direct and simple. There is no big marketing team or anything like that. It is just Abhijeet Patankar at work in a local neighborhood. I like the independence of having my own spot where I can focus without distractions from a bigger office setting or a crowded commercial tower.
