Aavdya Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our little company is based over at Dadarao Deoba Waghmare’s place in Sidheshwar. We are in the Aundha Nagnath area, which is a place most of us have lived our whole lives. A group of us farmers got together because we thought it would be easier to handle the business side of things as a team. We don’t have a fancy building with glass walls or anything like that. Most of our work happens right out in the dirt or sitting around a wooden table. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and who is growing what this year. It’s a very local thing, and we mostly just know each other from around the village. Sometimes we have to travel into the district office for paperwork, which is always a bit of a chore for us. But mostly we stay here in Sidheshwar. The name Aavdya means something to us, even if it’s just a name on a registration paper. We aren't looking to get rich quick, just want to keep the farms going for the next generation. It gets tiring when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we have each other to lean on. That’s the whole point of why we started this company in the first place. We don't need any polished speeches to explain it. We just show up and do the work every single day.
