Aamby Valley Sahara India

People usually hear the name and think of big things, but for us working here at Aamby Valley Sahara India, it is just about getting through the day and making sure everything stays in order. Our office is based out of Vinay Ku inside the city area. This is a massive place to cover. Every morning starts with checking the gates and seeing who is coming in for work or just visiting. Because the roads inside are so long, we spend a lot of time moving from one spot to another. Sometimes it gets really quiet, especially in the afternoons when the sun is high over the hills. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the logistics that keep the place running, which most people don't see. It isn't always easy because the scale is just so big. You might be at one end of the city and realize you forgot something back at the office near Vinay Ku, and that's a whole trip back. Years have passed since we started here, seeing the seasons change. The rain gets pretty heavy in this part of the country, and that brings its own set of chores to deal with. Our desks are usually covered in files and notes about maintenance or guest arrivals. It’s just us, a small group of people trying to keep this whole giant machine moving forward without too many hiccups. We don't talk much about goals or visions, we just focus on the next task on the list.
