Aadiraj Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are Aadiraj Farmers Producer Company Limited, located at House Number 127 in Harsuli, Tal Pimpri. It’s a pretty basic setup we have here. A group of us from the Harsuli area got together to form this company so we could have a bit more say in how our crops are sold. Most of us have small plots of land that we’ve been working for years. It’s hard to make a profit when you’re just one person, so we thought being a group would help. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy offices. We just use the space we have to keep our records and meet up. Usually, we meet in the mornings before the sun gets too hot or in the evenings when the work is done. We talk about what seeds are working well and what the market prices are looking like. It’s a lot of trial and error. Some years are better than others, depending on the rain. We don't use a lot of fancy language or have big meetings. It’s just us talking and trying to make the best of what we have. We’re all neighbors here, so we know each other's families and histories. We just want to make sure we can keep doing what we do without losing money every season. It takes a lot of sweat and patience to be a farmer. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to take care of our own corner of it here in Harsuli. It’s simple, honest work, and that’s plenty for us. Every day is a new challenge with the weather and the dirt.
