We are located over at C1-503 in the Sunshree Phase complex, right on NIBM Road in the Kondhwa part of Pune. It is just a regular office where we sit and work on building designs and planning stuff for local projects. We have been in this spot for a bit now and it suits us fine. Most days are spent looking at sketches on our screens or dealing with paperwork that comes with construction and architecture. It isn't a huge place with a lot of staff, just a small group of us getting things done. The area around Kondhwa gets pretty busy during the day, so there is always something going on outside our window. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate thing with big presentations. Instead, we just talk to people about what they need for their house or building and try to sketch it out. It’s practical work. Sometimes we are out visiting sites across Pune, and other times we are stuck here at our desks drinking tea and trying to figure out a tricky layout. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the rolled-up drawings everywhere, but that’s how it goes when you’re actually working. We just try to be honest about what can be done and what can’t. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the name on the door here at Sunshree. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next plan.
