Our office is tucked away in Sarvatra Society, which is right on Paud Road here in Pune. It is a pretty normal spot, number 14, and we have been operating out of here for a bit. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking to people who are trying to find work or companies that need a few extra hands. Pune is always growing and changing, so there is usually someone looking for a new job or a career change. Paud Road can get really jammed with traffic during the morning and evening office hours, so we are very used to the sound of bikes and cars honking outside our window. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people, just a local team trying to match folks with the right roles. The office is simple, nothing too flashy, just what we need to get the interviewing and paperwork done. We see all kinds of people coming through the door, from young kids fresh out of college to people with years of experience under their belts. We just sit down, look at what they can do, and see if it fits any of the openings we have on our list. It is mostly about being practical and honest with people about what is actually available. Sometimes the society is quiet, and sometimes it is busy with kids playing, but we just keep at it every day. It’s nice being part of the local neighborhood instead of being stuck in some far-off office park. We have our routine and it works for us.
