Our workshop is based over in Bk Tawade, right near the Premal Hanuman temple. It’s a good landmark because everyone in the vicinity knows the temple. Our engineering workshop is a practical space where we handle various mechanical jobs. It isn't a clean or quiet place. There is usually the sound of a drill or the smell of cutting oil in the air. We have a variety of machines, some old and some newer, that we use to get things done. Most of the floor is concrete and often has metal shavings scattered around from the morning's work. We spend our days mostly in overalls because the work is quite messy. We don't have a fancy waiting room for clients. If someone comes by, they usually just stand near the main bench while we talk about the job. It’s a small team here. We’ve worked together for a long time and know how each other operates. We don't use much in the way of high-tech gadgets; we rely on our hands and basic tools most of the time. The weather can get really hot in the workshop during the summer months, so we tend to start as early as possible. We take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its peak. It’s just a regular engineering shop doing what we can for the people who bring us work. No frills, just honest labor in the workshop every single day.
