A Reputed Recruitment Company

So, we are what people call a reputed recruitment company, though we don't usually use fancy titles like that when we’re just sitting around the office. We are based right in the heart of Pune City, Maharashtra. It’s a big, bustling place and there is always something going on outside the window. Our day mostly consists of looking at a lot of resumes and talking to people who are looking for a new start or a better job. It’s interesting work because you get to hear a lot of different stories from people all over the area. Pune has grown so much lately, so there are always new roles opening up in different industries. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails, which can get a bit tiring after a few hours, but it’s part of the deal. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people chatting about where to go for lunch. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we’re just a group of people who know how the hiring process works around here. Sometimes the match works out perfectly and sometimes it takes a bit more digging. We don't really have a polished routine, we just take it one person at a time and see what happens.
