A Reputed Placement Consultancy

We are located in Rambaug Colony, which is right near the Kothrud Depot in Pune. Being so close to the bus depot makes it easy for people to find us, which is good because we talk to a lot of people every day. We are a placement consultancy, so our main job is connecting people with jobs. The office is a fairly simple setup. We have some chairs for people to wait in and a few desks where we do our interviews. It’s often quite busy, with phones ringing and people coming in to drop off their resumes. We don't have a big, fancy name—most people just know us as the consultancy in Rambaug. We’ve been helping folks around here for quite a while. We don't use any of those corporate buzzwords. We just listen to what people are looking for and see if we can find a match. Sometimes it's hard work, especially when the job market is slow, but we keep at it. The atmosphere in the office is pretty casual. We talk to each other and share tips on which companies are hiring. It’s a very local operation. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Our reputation comes from the people we’ve helped over the years. We just show up, do the work, and try to help the local community find good opportunities. Usually, the office stays open late if we have a lot of candidates to talk to.
